HOW IT WORKS
Applying for Carpe membership is easy.
You’ll need to give us all the usual information - driving licence and history, proof of address, etc. You can do this all within the app.
Once you pass our checks and pay the joining fee, you’ll receive your Carpe welcome pack.
Get your first car, delivered to your door.
Once you’re a Carpe member, use the app to tell us about your preferences and arrange a time for delivery. We’ll deliver a car to your door and help you get the hang of everything.
Keeping it fresh - introducing the Carpe ‘Flip’.
At Carpe we believe the best way to keep you in love with your car is to keep sending you fresh ones! You’ll be flipped into a fresh car at least every 6 months at a location of your choice.
Pause your subscription whenever you need to.
Going abroad? Change of circumstances? Once you pass our initial 90-day minimum term, you’re free to pause your car subscription at any time and reactivate it when you’re ready.
Upgrade your membership at any time.
Carpe’s 3 membership tiers are easily interchangeable. After 90 days as a Carpe subscriber, you can use the app to upgrade whenever you like, and with just 14 days notice you’ll get your fresh car on your next monthly renewal date.
